I'm desperately looking for a cough remedy for 2 toddlers who keep catching a cough from each other. No other symptoms.
Anyone? Please?!

If it its allergy related pantothenic acid with vitamin c should help. It also works wonders for a runny nose.

If they keep getting sick you might want to try probiotics and immune boosters.

Go to Dr for checkup to be sure it's nothing serious. Give them tea with honey meanwhile (make sure it's not too hot for them)

My son had a cough that was preventing him from sleeping well, but no other symptoms. The pediatrician prescribed oral antihistamine (like benadryl) at bedtime for 5 days. Helped him sleep well, and after 4 nights the virus/cough was gone.

My (toddler) daughter's chronic cough didn't have a cold attached- it seemed purely allergy based. Nasal spray and zyrtec have bH really helped.

Tahuah products (sold in health food stores) has 2 two products one called para a and one called para b. Their great. For a toddler I would give one dropperfull each 4 to 5 times a day. I mix both in 2 oz of Apple cider and my toddler loves it. (Doesn't taste good on its own).
Give it until the cough is gone and gradually lower the dosage.

Proven remedy that works wonders! Slice onions and drizzle honey over it. Within about thirty minutes you will see "juice" forming. That is liquid gold, and a miracle cure for coughs.

Put half a raw onion near their beds overnight. That should take care of it.

I know this is an old post, but relevant.
I've heard of people mixing olive oil with arak and rubbing on the child's chest, can you use rubbing alcohol the same way?
