I heard that Rueven Mendlowitz is fantastic.
Sorry no personal experience but heard from people that he zooms into issues very quickly and does excellent, thorough work.
I dont think he accepts insurance.

I can ask for his phone number if you need it. Or you can Google search it. He works for Bais Hachinuch I think.
