How much per hour should I expect to pay a babysitter in my house ? And how would it change if I shared with another baby?

I pay $13.75/hr plus all legal holidays.

minimum $10
I paid someone $13/hr for twins in my house. I went up to $15 because she was also doing housework and I was very appreciative overall.
