Desperate for cleaning help

I need a [gentile woman] now or I'm afraid I'll crash, I have two little boys (20 months and 8 months) that are the wildest most active boys around. I don't have a second for myself and lost my cleaning help around a month ago. I just can't continue this way... any leads?
