I'm emailing a doctor that cared for my child in ICU. I gave her a small gift before she was discharged with a small thank you poem.
does this make sense to add to end of email- Thank you again for always being such a warm and caring doctor with heart? English is not my first language, and I don't want it to come across as a translated version.

Leave out "with heart."

Leave in the “with heart”. It adds a nice little bit of individuality, iow makes it sound like you and not a Hallmark card. You should write the way you talk. This is not an assignment for English class.
