My baby is 4 months old. I'm Travelling from Manchester to Montreal, leaving manchester 11am, arriving in montreall 1pm, what do I do once I get there? drag it out till the night?

Infant jet lag is the absolute worst!!! I'm sorry. It messed up my 4 month olds sleep (who was sleeping through the night) for several weeks
