I think they have an English option.
But in any case they have stations set up at stat care, bobov, belz 43 and another shul 58th, 17th Ave area. They're open 8am until 7pm on YK day.
There is also an option to press so you can leave a message if you need someone to come to your home.

I'm in williamsburg and I've done this before at home. Had a hatzalah member come over and do it on YK.
This time I'm doing it again. Would rather not sit at a medical center for hours.
I got bags at the pharmacy and bought a cheap IV pole.
Will have someone stick me on erev YK and then hook myself up in the morning.

I'm curious about this whole IV thing. It seems a bit extreme to me. Is this done out of some medical necessity and recommended by a person's physician?

It is extreme. It's for people who dehydrate and black out and were told by their doc and/or rav to do this on YK.

Yea that sounds pretty extreme if a Rav recommends that someone still fasts even if they may need an IV to accomplish it.
