When I first saw the pic my first reaction was girls but I think it could be both.

What do you think of a girl wearing it?

First reaction was girls. Then I felt it's for both.

Toddlers?
Both.
Add girly pink/yellow laces if it bothers you for a girl, but I'd put these on boys or girls! Baby cute!

I wouldn't really think about it. I tend to think about what my baby wears, not to much about what other babies wear. I wouldn't put on my baby girl, because I like things to be very girly.

I think they're leaning more toward girls, but could be for either.

Aside from not being very girly, what do you think of them style-wise?

Neither. They are shoes.

Totally cute for either. And yes, in style. At least where I live (Tristate).

They're cute. Not the height of style, but classy, cute.

If you are looking for the height of fashion you can find really cute, stylish shoes here:
But the shoes you found are cute, still in style and look like good quality, which is important especially for the first few pairs.

Color is neutral but the brown laces make me think its more boyish.

I have similar ones in silver. They looked really cute on my son for shabbos, I never put them on my daughter. She wears Mary Jane style buckled shoes.
I think they'd look cutest on a girl with leggings. Possibly shorts. I don't like the look with a dress.

I don't live in the US so probably won't help you. Was in a local shop, not online...

Very cute. I think it's gender neutral
