I find myself really struggling with what to feed my family each day. Even trying to make a meal plan is overwhelming - how to find healthy choices that everyone will eat, that I can cook (I'm not a great cook and don't have time to patschke around in the kitchen), that aren't expensive, etc. I thought about doing grocery delivery but couldn't even get past filling my cart because all of the different online delivery options were too overwhelming and I couldn't decide which one to use. I feel so guilty that I am not setting a good example for my children or giving them healthy enough food.
I want to give my family good meals, but until we can live on take out or hire a personal chef, does anyone have suggestions for me? Please help!

Will your family eat veggies, salad, soup.
Are they picky eaters
What protein do they like
Once you have a weekly menu planned that they like, then you could just repeat it.
For example,
Monday- meatloaf, sweet potato mash, green salad
Tuesday- hearty soup, fish, grilled brócolli
Wednesday - Chicken and rice cassarole with lots of veggies
Thursday- Lasagna, spinach and cheese omletes, salad.
Again this plan is only good if your family will eat these foods.
As far as healthy eating- I sneak in veggies where ever I can. My meatloaf and meatballs always have ground up veggies (zucchini, carrots, squash, etc) I also add veggies to tomato sauce, I blend it in and they don't know the diferente. The secret is to not substitute more than 1/3 with veggie.

Plan the main, then the sides. If needed. One pot dinners are the best.
You have five evenings, then Shabbos/melave Malka.
1- shabbos leftovers
2- dairy pasta
3-fish or soup
4-ground meat (meatballs, shepherds pie, moussaka)
5-pizza or another simple meal
Add rice, noodles or bread if needed
A plate of cut vegetables, salad, or top the dish with roasted vegetables.
Leftover soup can be a side to any meal.

I have a loose schedule-
Sunday’s- usually grocery store like a rotisserie chicken
Monday’s are dairy usually pasta
Tuesday-tacos or Mexican
Wednesdays- either fleishig or fish
Thursday- I leave open
