How do u make scrambled eggs for a bris without milk....can they be rewarmed without a problem?

Just use lightly beaten eggs, no milk necessary. Can you make them fresh and them transfer them to a hot sterno with a water pan underneath so they stay warm?

It will havr to be transferred. Trying to figure out of its worth it or not....
