Or 7 inch round pan? Was on 450 for 45 min now on 350. How much longer till it is done ?

It should be done. I bake a 4 lb potato kugel in a 9x13 pan for 1 hour at 425.

You should be able to tell doneness by the way the top of the kugel looks.
