My baby needs 3 naps/day, but my toddler is around for the morning and late afternoon nap...
Does anyone have any tips?
Right now I can only put baby to sleep if someone else is watching toddler (20 months)

This would work except I really try not to have him watch TV. I'm affraid he'll be addicted. (I was when I was little.)
Any other suggestions?

Can you put the baby to sleep in a closed room and stay out with toddler?
Put baby in a baby carrier until he falls asleep and then transfer him to his crib?
Rock the baby to sleep in his stroller while toddler plays?
