ISO recipe for steak sandwiches using pepper steak - anyone? I would prefer if the meat can be cooked in a crock pot...

Pepper steak can be seared for 1-3 minutes (depending on thickness) on each side with just salt and pepper on the meat. Saute onions, make some garlic mayo and stick it on some bread with whatever else you want to add. Yum!
