Any easy recipes for frozen cauliflower and broccoli? I bought a package in which it's a combination of both. I'd really like a roasted one. Thanx.
Toss with oil (or spray) and kosher salt (crushed fresh garlic optional). Spread in one layer on a cookie sheet and roast at 450 for 30 minutes until edges begin to brown. Enjoy right away.
Or make this with a 24 oz bag (even if you have the combination bag)
