Hi I'm having a really hard time with my 1yr old at night. Yes I've tried all books ect
I'm looking for a sleep coach that can guide me over the phone, I think I'll need about half hour it an hour. Anyone has any recommendations?
I guess it doesn't really matter but I live in NY

Yes! I had to resleep-train a child at age three and had a consultation over the phone with Sabrina Stemple Of Baby Sleep Train. Bh very helpful! http://www.babysleeptrain.com

I’m sorry I don’t remember exactly. I just remember that it was definitely fair and totally worth it. Good luck! Sleeping problems are so tough Bc they affect everyone physically and emotionally and mentally! I had a newborn at the time and she was sleeping better than the 3 year old!

Good luck! It's so exhausting. A sleep coach is a great idea-- I have seen tough situations turn around in two weeks B"H.
Danielle Herbach is amazing! Especially if you don't want to just let the baby cry it out.
