Theyre small, but theyre pretty good and theyre about 100 calories each.
Kind Bars are 150+ calories, and I like the Oola Bar texture better.
Oola bars are softer and arent as sticky.
Anyone?

I love Oola bars too but I doubt anyone who has access to the exact recipe would just give it out. Maybe ask for recipes like the Oola bars? You probably would have better luck...

Haha, I didnt expect the company to post their recipe.
I thought maybe by trial and error, someone here got a similar result and was willing to share.

Even if you get the recipe, I doubt it will taste the same. They use special machines to blend it a certain way....

If you make o Henry bars and pulse it in the food processor, the texture comes out similar. You can replace honey for corn syrup and cut the sugar for lower calorie.

What do you mean? Do you bake and then pulse? Make the batter and then pulse and bake? Thanks!

I'm sorry, I just re-read what I wrote earlier. You're right, it doesn't sound so intelligible lol
I meant when you mix the oats with the other ingredients, instead of doing it by hand, do it in the food processor. But prob best to be careful not to overmix, just pulse it. Yeah, I learned that from experience, if you were wondering😜
