Help me make an exercise routine

Hi
These are the following exercise that I enjoy doing
weighted hula hoop while holding hand weights, for 20 minutes
jumping up and down on an exercise trampoline
physique 57 full body workout
physique 57 express 30 minute workout
Which of the above do you suggest I do on each day of the week for maximum results?

Looks like you have a routine - do one routine each day or three times a week

It is better to alternate your routine, so male a? weekly schedule.

I do cardio daily and weights 3 times a week.

how many times a week would I need to do the physique 57, in order to build the muscle?

Yes it is better to alternate as this gives you a chance to work out different types areas. Twice a week is the least if you are serious about changing your physique. I would be careful about working out everyday as you don't want muscle burnout _ when the muscles get depelted from being over worked. Hope that helps. Good luck

so are you saying better not to do the physique 57 every day?
