Waffle Bar in Ramat Eshkol, Rav Ruben Hechsher. Very lovely and they if course serve much more then waffles Wink

There is also Cafe Rimon and they have a lovely buffet on Friday mornings. They have Rabbanut Mehadrin and Rav Maphud hechsherim. Locations both at Mamilla mall and off Ben Yehuda so quite central
