So my first question is what’s the cheapest day camps in Flatbush and no idea how people afford the exhorbitant prices . And for people who says it’s like their tuition I pay very minimal tuition Bh . And how can I earn money in summer I work in school during the year and I’m not interested in working in a day camp . Ideas appreciated please

If your kids are still young (preschool age), try a backyard camp, that's gotta be cheaper.
I've heard that Noam Day Camp is affordable, but that information is from a few years ago, so I'm not sure how it's priced now.
As for how to find the money for camp... Maybe try calling some organizations and see if they can help you. You're not going to find any organization that will take care of the cost of camp in full, but hopefully they can help defray the cost for you. At the end of the day, you're still going to need to come up with some money for camp... Maybe work as a specialty in a camp if you don't want to be a morah/counselor? That's a more part time/ flexible position and you may enjoy the change of pace, tap into your creative side.....
Good Luck.
