Is it possible to get around By bus ?and does anyone know a personal driver who will take you around for two days ? Thanks in advance

Absolutely. The buses work well with local and express service. There's also metro rail which works with transfers to bus system. Uber is another option.

Busses are slow but very very doable. I did busses only for my Miami vacations for YEARS

Nobody that lives in Miami takes the busses. I would recommend Uber or a driver.
PM me if you want the number for a Jewish driver I've used recently.

There is a trolley bus that goes up and down Collins that's free. You can hop on and off.
You can also get around with a Citi-bike if you like.
