Where can I find felt online that is not super expensive! It is almost the cost of just buying the costume itself so no point in making it ourselves! I went to a fabric store near me and they didn't have what I needed so I am looking online...

I got on amazon and aliexpress. Not super cheap but reasonable. But it's hit or miss. And to late to order from ali of you need for purim as you may or may not get it on time.
