I need one thats at least 5 liter or 25 cups, and that lasts for as long as possible.
I keep it on 365 days/yr and I have to replace about every two years.
If you were buying a Stainless Hot Water Urn, which would you choose because youve heard it lasts longer than average?

Your electric bill must be very high if you keep such an appliance plugged in every day. Call your electricity provider with the specs of your urn and find out how much it costs to run for a year.
May I suggest that you install a hot water dispenser near your sink for a few hundred dollars and keep your hot water urn on just the 1 day of shabbos?

And the hot water dispenser doesnt use electricity?
I saw discussions here about electric kettles. I assume buying a kettle for during the week uses less electricity, because you only use it as needed.
Which stainless electric kettle is a good one?
