I bought this chicken roast. It says on label cured dark chicken in net bag. How do I cook it?

That recipe is for a regular dark chicken roast.
For your cured one, just boil until cooked. Cool and slice. You can serve as is, kind of like turkey (chicken) pastrami, or serve warmed up in a sauce.

I think "cured" means the same as "pickled".
I once got this recipe on Imamother. I cooked it with this method. Sliced it when cool and rewarded in a honey, mustard, ketchup sweet type of sauce which I randomly made up at that time. It was very good .

My method:
Place roast in pot of water & bring to a boil. Spill the water & refill pot, bring to boil & cook 3 hours. Let cool & slice. Pour a bit cooked water on it so it shouldn't dry out. Serve with mushrooms sauce over it.
