I am making the seuda for my family (parents and siblings). I am sooooo excited to do it. I need some help. This past week my sister got married and we have had sheva brochos every night so everyone is sick of the same foods. So far I want to make an appetizer with pulled meat. My kids want that. But don't know what appetizer. I also have a standing rob roast (yummm)
What are u serving.
Side note. New bil is really picky and only eats non fatty meat and chicken cutlets. Any good mains with those.

Add some grilled chicken on skewers as an option for your BIL.

U can do ritz pizza/meat pizza with pulled beef.
U can also do pulled chicken tacos, buffalo wings, schwarma chicken.
If u want to do cold cut style u can do warm naval pastrami and tongue.

Sautéed onions with bbq sauce. U can buy taco stands or u can lean them onto each other (domino style) It might get messy though.

1) pulled beef puff pastry pockets by Miriam Pascal (she also has options for pulled beef stuffed shells, egg rolls, tacos, nachos, pizza,
2) salami tarts
3) I made bbq meatball hamentashen by Miriam Pascal (overtimecook.com)
4) pastrami stir fry with onions/tomatoes/bbq sauce over bed of rice

Raizys cookin had a few ways to display the beef tacos. She had it wedged between two limes (the bottom of the lime was cut off so that it sits on the plate)

OP, no need to accomodate BIL and food preferences. You are not a restaurant.
