Best tip is leave dough a little sticky - not too much flour added at end. Also bake at a lower temp for a longer time so that the inside can cook and the outside doesn't get too browned. try 325 for 10 extra mins instead of 350.

I draw very well. I am great at photography, I'm very proud to say! I don't take my kids to a photo studio because my pics come out much better than any studio pics I've seen.
(But it takes a digital camera and a lot of trial and error.)
HEY- this thread is so much shorter than the other one! And most ppl posted something BAD that they're good at.
What a bunch of pessimists you are!!!

I'm definitely good at spending money when I don't have to..
good at being lazy.
good at photography and I'm a handyman, I fix stuff. from keyboards, to printers and cameras.
I'm good at patchkening..
I'm good at supporting walmart.
I used to win all spelling bees in school.
I'm good at being late to work.
I'm good at being honest and keeping secrets.
I'll go and be good now and post a nice long thread on the opposite post.
