Looking into moving to Miami beach, but Zillow, realtor.com etc all have rentals that are $10,000 a month and up for 4 bedroom.
Is there a realtor I can talk to, who knows the Jewish areas and can advise us on home rentals?

I don't know of any realtors, but I do see some rentals on Zillow in the 5k range for 4 bed. I think most homes on the market are listed there. You should be looking in zip code 33140, between 47th street and 29th Street. You can go further, but you will be more out of the frum community. Zillow let's you look at a map listing.
