I always go to Em Vayeled, Bnei Brak, because it's most convenient for me. There aren't many English speakers, though (if that's important to you) and everyone's constantly raving about how Telzstone is so much better, but in TS you need to reserve your place at least a week in advance, so no going straight from the hospital.
Personally, Em Vayeled is fine for me. The food is good, the nurses in the nursery are pleasant, they call you when your baby's hungry so you can nurse on demand (or you can ask them to give a bottle if that's what you prefer). When I start feeling bored, I know it's time to go back to my family.
