I can't figure out the differences between al the models, and they range from discounted $60 one up to $150.
Could someone help? Tia

I have the Envy 5330 which was the cheapest or least expensive model when I bought it about a year ago. I think it was about $60 or so on amazon.
I researched and it was well reviewed - I had always had good luck with HP printers and it was perfect for my fairly minimal printing and scanning needs. I tend to email documents and I don't generally scan long documents.
I like it very much - it prints well and has been reliable. I don't print photos but do occasionally print colored documents so that color part works well.
I subscribe to the HP ink service. I pay monthly and can print a certain number of pages and am charged per page if I go over. Pages roll over monthly and I can go up or down each month as necessary. I don't print that much but did go through a month or so when I had to print a lot so I just upped my subscription for that period. I really like the convenience of never having to run to Staples for ink.
I would recommend the least expensive unless there is some feature on the more expensive models that you need. The only function it doesn't have that I had on my older larger HP printer is faxing and I don't fax - I email. If worse comes to worse, I scan the paper and then email the scan.
