Breaking News!!! Please circulate!!!
In an attempt to avoid all problems of Tzar Baalei Chaim related to the performance of Kapporas with chickens, PETA has just proposed the following innovative procedure for this ritual.
PETA will have special cargo helicopters circling Jewish neighborhoods beginning at Netz Hachama. They will continue to circle until Chatzos.
Each helicopter will contain a number of chickens and roosters. Each bird will be in a cage whose walls are rubberized, and soft, relaxing music will be played over the copters' intercom systems.
Therefore, there will be no need for anyone to actually perform the Kapporas with a live bird in his or her hand. One can simply step outside of one's home, wait for the helicopter to circle, and then say the appropriate words in the Machzor!

Actually many kapporos centers in BP have hashgachos this year because of the complaints from PETA.
