There is an area in Havestraw with attached houses which are significantly lower then a single home. There is also an area with high ranches that may be affordable. The community is growing quickly!

wht is the crowd like in haverstraw can you compare it to chestnut ridge or new city?
how about the area near new city where homes are 400k range does anyone know about that?

I am in new city. Not sure what area u r referring to. Get urself a great realtor. I am seeing ppl buy all the time....
