If both parents can get an FSA through work, can they both use it to the max towards childcare? We file jointly, and of course this is childcare that has a tax ID.

Both a husband and wife can claim dependent care FSA benefits, but are limited to a joint contribution of $5,000 per year.

So is there any point in both signing up, or should one just take the max?
