One sukkos morning my daughter woke up stuttering badly. Hasn’t gotten any better. She Didnt go through any traumatic event or anything. Nobody in the family ever had a stutter. Can anybody tell me if they had such an experience and how long it lasted? Which specialist do I call? Or shud I wait for it to pass?
Thx for ur help!

Start with her pediatrician.

Not sure if this will help but a similar thing happened with my 2/3 yr old son. I freaked out. Pediatrician told me it is normal, they are at a stage that their speech is rapidly advancing.
With my son it went away after a few weeks. I would keep an eye on it

Look into PANDAS. Have her tested.

Could be developmental, could be pandas.
