Sherels Hats is very reasonable. 4912 13th Avenue. Mostly good for soft berets.
Then there's Headlines 4717 13th Avenue. She has a bigger selection of dressy hats... and she also has weekday hats...
Right across the street there's Golds accesories... small store... expensive... but you can find very nice things...
