I have a seven month old baby who has three meals a day. now I was getting worried that maybe I cut back too much on the milk. I breastfeed her three times a day. both sides each time. they say that she should have between 24-32 oz but who knows how much she is getting when she breast feeds. can anyone shed any light on the matter?

You can always build back up your supply. also you should make breastfeeding the babes main source of food. So the baby should be nursing before you feed them the meal so that the a mostly full with breastmilk and the food is just supplementry. My son is almost a year and he eats alot of food but his only drink is my breastmilk.

my baby nursed or took a bottle every 3-4-5 hours until recently (like 11 months). now he's much more on solids (3 meals a day), but I still offer him diluted juice or milk every so often just in case he's thirsty, too.
if you're baby's not complaining, she's probably doing okay. if she's crying, nurse her more often
