My 9 yr old keeps waking at night. He complains his room is too hot comes into my bed but still wakes a few times at night and not really for anything he just says he can't sleep.
What do you think I should do? He is healthy and apart from flair up from eczema there is no other issues.

Proper sleeping conditions are that the room has to be like a cave: dark, cool, quiet. I can't sleep in the heat either and now in the winter, it's probably too dry also. Lower the thermostat or open the window at the top, try a humidifier, lighter pjs/blankets. I wonder if the eczema is also bothering him.
