We were told that a child needs adenoids removed (ear fluid, slightly unclear speech). Who, in NYC, is super reliable for a second opinion, that takes Medicaid?

Dr. Rothschild in Mount Sinai used to take medicaid. Although I wouldn't use Mount Sinai for surgery, just my fear after all that happened there. I would look for an ENT in Columbia Presbyterian, Babies Hospital.

Dr. Dolitsky doesn't take Medicaid and charges 250-300 for a consultation.
Anyone know of good Drs. that DO take Medicaid?

I just went to Dr. Mendelsohn who is part of Dr. Goldsmiths group. They are supposed to be very good. Although, I actually am going to pay Dr. Vastola cash for a second opinion.

BH I don't need that for DS, but I have a friend who needs to take her son every month to the ENT. I know she takes him to Maimonides (or somewhere over there. She had told me they're the only ones she can find that takes Medicaid. If you want me to find out more details, IM me.
