I think so. Can't say for sure as I don't know what Livonia is like.
But it's not Dearborn or Detroit proper so I would guess so .
It's not so close to the frum community though

This is fine. There is also a Westin and a Holiday In Express along the same road. I don’t know about the place in Plymouth. It’s quite far out of the frum community.

The other place was cheaper for the family.
We once stayed at the quality inn on telegraph rd and it was interesting. So e even thought price is better that’s not an option.
