Looking for someone who can do all sorts of jobs around the house.
I think I would prefer to pay by the hour.
Have you used someone you would recommend?

It depends what type of job, if it's one thing he charges for the job, if it's a lot of small things he usually does by hour, considering what it is, installing lights and outlets or building shelves everything different but he's well priced.
