What type of olive oil can you use on Pesach? If it has to have a good hashgacha, which company is the best?

If you hold by OU:
Quote: | All extra virgin olive oils are Kosher for Passover, as long as it bears the OU symbol.
All other oils (including olive oil) require a reliable Kosher for Passover certification to be consumed on Passover, except virgin coconut oil. |

So I usually buy a big ol' jug of Bertolli, or whatever I is that they have at BJs or Costco that week.

Extra virgin. Otherwise we like the Gefen KLP extra light olive oil.
