Trying to keep healthy and loose weight. What do you eat for breakfast on those long morning before the meal that keep you full?

Yogurt with fruit.
Quinoa "oatmeal" with chopped nuts and honey.
Reheated potato kugel and a scrambled egg.
If you have leftover charoset, mix it with quinoa or yogurt, it's very yummy.

I fast until Lunch because I do intermittent fasting. I have coffee with a little heavy cream. It’s a shorter fast. It’s the equivalent of not eating breakfast.

I keep our fridge stocked with hardboiled eggs. Quick, easy, no mess, and two definitely holds me over until lunch.

It’s gonna be hard on Pesach
Because of the matza and wine
Once you spike insulin hunger sets in
I say make yourself eggs with cheese fried in butter
Try to stay away from the carbs
Yogurt has a lot of sugar, even plain
You can make mini omletes in muffin tins
Hardboil eggs, fish, you can add homemade mayo made with healthy fat
Theres a great pancake recipe
2 Tbsp cream cheese
2 eggs
A pinch of baking soda

Breakfast I literally eat exactly the same as the whole year, 2 eggs, sliced cucumber and tomato and avocado. Shabbos - hard boiled eggs, Yom tov or chol hamoed - scrambled or fried. Sometimes I'll add some nuts and if I'm lazy I'll skip the tomato cuz we peel and takes an extra minute.

Coconut Granola - Beth Warren
1 cup pecans, chopped
1 cup raw cashews, chopped
1 cup raw slivered almonds
1 cup unsweetened shredded coconut
1 egg lightly beaten with 2 tablespoons water
3 tablespoon walnut oil
1/3 cup KLP agave or pure maple syrup
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 teaspoon cinnamon
1/4 teaspoon kosher salt
1 cup dried cranberries and/or chocolate chips, optional
Combine all ingredients except for optional cranberries and choc chips.
300 for 30 minutes, mixing every 10 minutes. Watch it to make sure it doesn’t burn and bakes evenly.
Cool for 10 to harden. Break into clumps.
Stir in cranberries and choc chips once completely cooled.

Skip the coconut and you'll have yummy flavored mix of nuts and such for your yogurt. Or use uncooked quinoa.

You can use a mix of honey, brown sugar and oil instead of egg/water etc.

Fish
If you use flax (some say its not kitniyot) you can make crackers and rolls etc.
There are also recipes for crackers made from almond flour.
Avocado is healthy, stabilizes blood sugars
