Eat a good breakfast. Remember to take time out to drink. Go to sleep at something like a reasonable hour. Read or listen to a minimum of one seder shiur a day. If you have a family member who is serving as your "lieutenant" (in my case, Dd2) make them do the same. You will get the work done, probably faster.
