I think the Magic Kingdom in Disney world is the best bet for all ther ages you mentioned.
You should download the My Disney Experience app. Buy tickets and set up your fast passes.

One restaurant in each park has kosher food. You can eat dinner there if you’d like. The Food isn’t the best though. Any eatery will give you free ice water. It’s hot so you can use the cold water. Disney Springs is free and a fun place to check out if you have extra time.

So magic Kingdom will have a kosher restaurant?
What's Disney Springs? What's there?

2 days? You mean you fly in on a Monday and leave on a Tuesday? Or 2 full days?

Magic kingdom doesn't have a kosher restaurant. They have a nonkosher restaurant that offers double wrapped, microwaved, airplane style kosher meals. You should call Disney world before to check availability.
PM me if you want more Disney info.

I would do Magic Kingdom and animal kingdom with those ages.
I personally Bring my own food.
It takes a very long time-can be an hour depending on how crowded to get from car to park entrance for Magic Kingdom, there's a trolley and then either a ferry or tram, same thing when leaving.
I believe animal kingdom is a bit shorter from car to entrance.
Disney Springs has stores and street entertainment, can take a free ferry there too.
The lego store allows kids to build cars that they can race in a specified area. Not a full day but fun.
There are other cheaper things to do in Orlando.
Kosher food

We went to the Winn Dixie in Orlando and bought lots of stuff to eat in the room and take into the park. They let you bring food in.
FYI, expect to see a lot of very Untznius people walking around the park.
