Has anyone ever been there? Saw and ad and curious to know if it's nice, what crowd/s go, hashgaca, if hotel is clean/somewhat updated, if there's activities for kids, is food decent?

There Pesach, (many consecutive years) don't know the summer crowd, activities/schedule, or who's the caterer.

Hotel is renovated. Nothing like the old Fallsveiw. Clean and fairly nice- especially for the Catskills. But it is no Atlantis or Fountain Blu.

Regarding the crowd, Pesach is mostly MO (but many RW MO) maybe a little yeshivish, but definitely not a big kollel crowd. No chassidishe except the amazing Rabbi they bring in. Call and see what the swim schedule is. If it is mostly family with only hour for the women and one for the men at inconvenience times, they are catering to a more modern crowd, if it is primarily separate with limited family swim times, then most of the clientele is looking for separate.
They will also tell you the activities schedule. Is it shuirim and daf Yomi or is that buried and the bigger ticket activities are the 1950's tribute bands.
