Anyone know who may do that? For a reasonable price (preferably less than $100. It's a fairly simple design.

Did you try clicking on the links? Sometimes you get a limited view even if you aren't a member of the site.

I’ve used hart and am very happy with her.
She custom makes the design you want.
I just did a teffilin bag with her and the price with yarns is about $270.
The pre made ones are less expensive if you want to go that route.

$270 is way out of my price range.

Pepitas has an idea of what I'm looking for, but again, more than I want to pay.

I decided to ask my mom-who is artistic-if she can draw out what I want. She is going to try. If she can't, I will try stichalicious.

I have used needles and Knots before, and may try her too if needed.
