Yes. They are in the more Chassidish area. Glen Eira near Hotham if you’re visiting I wouldn’t plan to shop. Clothing is much more expensive.

No proper stores, more people selling from their homes.
Look up ‘happy feet socks and tights’
And ‘Tanya Smith love to layer’ (has shells, a bit of clothing, etc)
On Facebook
That’s just two that I know of, but there are other people selling things as well.
