I use a regular recipe and substitute palm oil shortening for margarine.

Whip up 16 oz whipped topping. When its almost totally stiff add 1 package of vanilla instant pudding. It will thicken considerably, enough to pipe. It holds for hours, ive done it the day before and it held up, I would assume you can freeze it as well but ive never tried

Ty! Sounds easy enough! I want to try this!

When you say "whip up" do u mean like mix with hand mixer?

Yup, the regular old hand mixer with 2 beaters, on the highest speed.
It tastes delicious too, not at all like the fatty commercial types
