I didn't hear it either and as many times as I replayed it, I still couldn't make it out. I asked the person who emailed it to me what the punchline was, and then I was able to hear it clearly Rolling Eyes

He worded the punchline in "British", not how Americans would say it.

I hadn't either quite understood the punchline cuz of the heavy accent and I still enjoyed the whole clip; it's just a relection of a consumer trying to bargain down to the 'best' price, no matter what....

This reminds me af another 'dentist' joke.

A guy goes to the dentist and is told that he has to have all 4 wisdom teeth pulled. He is told the price will be $4000 including all the injections/anesthesia. Having no choice, he gets onto the chair and the dentists starts injecting him on all sides to get his whole mouth numb. When he finishes the dentist tells him that it'll take about 10-15 minutes for the anesthesia to take affect and in the meantime he walks out of the room. As soon as the dentist walks out of the room the guy gets up, walks out of the office, walks down 2 blocks, find another dentist, walks in and tells them that he needs to have his 4 wisdom teeth pulled. He is again told that it'll cost $4000 so he bargains, "what if I want to do it without any anesthesia?" The dentist looks at him shocked and says "If you go through 4 extractions without anesthesia and WITHOUT MAKING A PEEP, you get it for free!!" So the guy answers "no problem, its a deal!!" Very Happy
