We've got to take away something besides extra pounds. Here are two shiurim I heard recently:

https://www.yutorah.org/sideba.....shem/ - Rabbi Lebowitz is a YU rosh kollel IIRC and rav in the Five Towns. This based on Rav Yerucham Olshin, shlita. The operative word is in Al Hanissim: Banecha. 20 minutes.
