Do any israeli imamothers know if chizukit (tablets) are kosher le pesach? My rov said he has never heard of them so I need to get more information.

If they are a trustworthy company you can ask them what the ingredients are.
From what I read on their website, (which might not be accurate because I read the translated version) I understand that they gather thier items online.
If so, it might be hard to nail down the accuracy of third party ingredients.

I wouldnt go to a third party but to the manfacturer. The phone number etc is on the box. But particularly bc I live in chutz, I thought that perhaps this was something I could avoid having to do so close to pesach, if this was info that was readily available to israeli consumers. Oh well.

If you're already talking to the manufacturer, ask for medical studies about the product's effectiveness.
