Any recommendations? Something that can be set to turn on/off multiple times for few days. I had such s timer once but don’t know if it’s safe with a griddle.
Tia!

I use a heavy duty timer for my plata. I use the 24 hour one since the 7 day one is very complicated. What I do is set it to go one two times every day before the average seuda times and it stays on for 4 hours at a time. You might want to keep the griddle on for no longer than 2 hours at a time.
